Unbeleivable how you could sell that stuff, such a great collection of his Grandfathers life. I(my family) still got some of my grandfathers Hitler's Youth gear, and never would I even consider selling it.

The guy paid $1000 for everything, which is what the seller wanted for it all.
It is kind of sad to see someone just sell off their family history like that, but, on the flip side, at least it went to someone who appreciates it, instead of it all being thrown in the trash or something.

True, at least now its in, well better, hands.
I bet it kills the vets to hear stuff like this. What was worth so much to them is just clutter to their heirs.

An amazing find. I have to say that I would've felt a little guilty giving just a 1000 bucks for all of that, but I guess the kid should've taken more interest in his grandfather's things and at least gotten a good idea of what all of that stuff is really worth.
