Well the day has finally come, after 5 years of letters, complaints, public humiliation and pretty much me hand crafting telephone masts.

I have got broadband........

Fine I may be paying through the nose for it, fine It probably wont work, and fine its probably going to be shit.

But I am certainly going to enjoy destroying everyone online. I havnt played an online game in 4 or 5 years since college, but I have consistently kicked serious ass at most Lan matches around the country here. Not a huge feat, but I assure you death and destruction is coming to a server near you.

Also playing against cheating AI, has really thought me how to be a crafty wanker!!!!!

Just curious for a 2mb line whats a good solid average download rate, from an average site?

I've got 1.5MB/s DSL and the best I can ever get on a download is maybe 200KB/s. Thats just a file directly of FTP or the website.

Whatever you got, unless its crazy fast or you have your computer really tweaked, expect it to be slower than advertised.
