C++ Problem

Well I found a good C++ book, which uses a unsupported compilier, Borland, which pisses me off. So I decided to try Dev C++, and when I try to compile it, it gives me a iostream error. So i cant get past "Hello World", this is probably a noob error, and I am sorry. I just want to program so badly.

I am programming for Windows
