You HAVE heard of Planetside right? Well if any of you have ever played it, you have to train with certain weapons before you can use them..... I think that 1944 should do that, seeing as how any real "higher-up" wouldn't just give anybody that asks, a sniper rifle..... but they would be able to pick it up from the battlefield without anyone knowing/caring.... i think thats a good idea!!!

I personally think this is in the wrong section, but I may aswell answer why.

They don't want the game to be limiting, but they don't want you going into the battle clueless. There is a training system which (As far as I know) isn't mandatory, and so you probably could use it, you just wouldn't be too well 'trained' in it as far as how to adjust sights on weapons, etc.
